Your donation supports extracurricular programs such as field trips, sports, after-school programs, and playground equipment. Annual
donations also receive an Arizona Tax Credit for $400 for a joint return, or
$200 for an individual return.

Credit Form here. Complete the form, and deliver the form with your
personal check to our Paradise Campus office or mail to Freedom Academy,
3916 E. Paradise Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85032.
